2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee May Integrate Wireless Charging by Apple in the near future

Okay, maybe that’s being a bit too optimistic, but Apple recently secured a patent  that covers wireless charging technology.  So, one would assume that they are developing this technology for their Apple devices and products.  Now wouldn’t that be a neat?
Someday in the future we may have no more need for all of those cords to charge up our iPads and iPhones.  Things will be connected wirelessly and seamlessly.  Just think of what could be done if this tech was integrated into automobiles.  It could make the cars of the future into mobile wireless charging stations.
Hopefully, those folks at Apple can figure out how to make this pipe dream into a possibility.  Until they do we will all just have to settle for what’s available in the new cars of today—and that’s pretty good actually.  Most autos today like the 2014 Jeep GrandCherokee are available with mobile hotspot technology.  That means you can at least stay connected to the internet with all of your devices.
